1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelPrinter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use of Service

ReelPrinter provides tools for creating and managing content for social media platforms. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. TikTok Integration

Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account to ReelPrinter, you authorize us to perform the following actions on your behalf:

  • Access your TikTok profile information, including your display name, username, avatar, bio, and verification status.
  • View your account statistics, such as follower count, following count, likes count, and video count.
  • Post content as drafts on your behalf when you explicitly trigger a post from within the app.
  • Access your video list to verify successful draft creation and display relevant content information.

User Responsibility

When using the TikTok integration feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post through our service, including images, text, and any other media.
  • All content posted through ReelPrinter will be saved as drafts in your TikTok account. You must manually review and publish this content from the TikTok app.
  • You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times when using our integration.

Content

Regarding content posted through our TikTok integration:

  • We do not automatically publish any content to your TikTok account. All posts are saved as drafts for your review.
  • You maintain full control over what gets published to your TikTok account. We cannot and will not publish content without your explicit action.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all draft content before publishing to ensure it meets your standards and TikTok's guidelines.

Disconnection

You have the right to disconnect your TikTok account from ReelPrinter at any time:

  • You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through the ReelPrinter app settings.
  • Disconnection will immediately revoke our access to your TikTok account and associated data.
  • Previously posted drafts will remain in your TikTok drafts folder and are not affected by disconnection.

ReelPrinter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Our integration uses TikTok's official APIs and is subject to TikTok's terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The ReelPrinter service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReelPrinter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReelPrinter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
